About the Role
You will be working in a fast-paced environment to efficiently and effectively co-ordinate a range of Building and Planning tasks.
The Building and Planning Administrator:
- Works collaboratively with internal teams to facilitate building commencements
- Processes QBCC, QLEAVE and ENERGY applications for new permit lodgements
- Assists in liaising with developers to obtain estate information and land registration status
- Processes all invoices issued by our certifier relating to the Building Permits
About You
Your experience in the residential construction industry combined with your knowledge of council requirements and restrictions, building regulations, terminology & construction techniques as well as legal & legislative requirements in relation to building will determine your success in this role.
You are technical, professional, personable and reliable. Adding to your capability through continued learning and interest in the industry. You are a great communicator and collaboration is an inherent aspect of your approach. You are known for being a team player and excited at the prospect of continued success with a highly reputable and accomplished builder.
