About the role
The purpose of this role is to provide effective and efficient administrative and service delivery support, and direct client contact to staff and management across during surge operations.
It is a 3 months contract role based in Melbourne CBD.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in response to employee or volunteer shift absence calls by understanding, interpreting, and responding to their needs
- Gather all necessary information, monitor, and complete daily reporting requirements
- Notify Communications Centre Duty Managers of any absences or welfare issues impacting staff who are currently on shift
- Establish and maintain appropriate operational service and administrative systems
Required:
- Ability to work rotating shifts of varying or fixed durations including morning, afternoon, nights or weekends (3 days on & 3 days off)
- Experience in a fast paced, service focussed call centre operation
- Sound knowledge and capability of using Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills but written and verbal
