About the role:

With eight different food outlets available within the Resort, you will be inspired by what we have to offer. From Japanese to Italian, buffets to banquets, and a la carte to Room Service! Sea World Resort can meet everyone’s dining preferences and tastes.
Duties:- Conduct food preparation and cooking duties whilst ensuring a consistency of high quality food products
- Work effectively within a team environment to provide excellent internal service and to promote a positive working environment
- Adapt to guests’ dietary needs and requests
- Mentor and motivate Apprentices ensure all items are prepared in line with the menu
- Relevant Chef qualification with a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Industry experience working as a Commis Chef, or a newly qualified Apprentice
- Comprehensive understanding of food hygiene and Food Safety programs
- Knowledge of customer dietary requirements, such as food allergies, intolerances, etc
