We are working exclusively with a Commercial Advisory firm that because of its unique business offering has gone from strength to strength in recent years and is looking for an EA to join their Sydney office. You will be part of a small Sydney team but also a global business that works collaboratively and have a robust EA community globally. This is a true partnership role, you are a trusted and valued colleague to your team. This business is one of a kind and this is a pivotal role supporting the team of executives alongside another EA. The executive team are highly intelligent, modest and have a great sense of humour, and partner with some of the most iconic companies in the world. This role would suit a mid career EA with a minimum of 5 years experience in an EA role in a professional environment.
You will be an experienced business support professional who is looking for a new challenge in a dynamic organisation. Some international exposure would be advantageous as well as an understanding/appreciation of a global view and outlook. We are looking for someone with a mature attitude who is level-headed and is ready to join a true market leader. Duties & desired attributes:
Proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties and providing support to management.
A good level of flexibility and foresight,
A great level of discretion and the ability to maintain confidence related to high-level systems and operations.
Provide executive support to Sydney executives in collaboration with existing EA.
Manage complex agendas and responsibilities, within a high pressure/deadline-driven environment
Manage and organize client meetings
Coordinate travel schedules in Australia and internationally
Drafting correspondence and communicating articulately and professionally over the phone and in-person
Acting as the front of house for the company
Managing expenses
Creating and sustaining relationships with vendors, restaurants, hotels, concierges, and travel services
Managing the daily coordination and local needs of the office
Organizing company events
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.
You will have at least 5 years experience as an EA in a professional setting
