About the Role
Reporting to the Administration Manager, this role is responsible for managing the delivery of patient medical and account records to Dr Jones & Partners patients, referrers, and other external stakeholders.
As part of the Administration team, this role:
- provides a high standard of customer service to patients, referrers and third parities
- builds strong and cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- answers patient, referrer and third-party medical record enquiries via phone and email
- maintains, manages and delivers patient files in a timely and confidential manner
This integral role enables Dr Jones & Partners to deliver expectational, high-quality services to patients, referrers and other external stakeholders. by providing professional, caring, and friendly customer support.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate the following:
- Understanding of and ability to provide excellent patient care and customer service
- Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Excellent attention to detail, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of medical imaging terminology and procedures is desirable but not essential
