Key Accountabilities will include:
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules for agreed projects and plan and manage project activities and budgets in line with Frontline & Digital Division, QPS and Whole of Government best practice and standards. - Provide leadership in the design, development and implementation of project and related business strategies and represent the project team in a variety of forums relating to Frontline & Digital Division projects.- Provide regular project progress status and financial reports to the Director and prepare, review and present project reports, briefing notes, submissions and other correspondence to monitor and report on project performance and expenditure.- Lead a range of high-level project activities and decisions to ensure the successful implementation of project deliverables for a wide range of ICT projects.- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with business governance processes for change, capacity and configuration management. - Coordinate, control and resolve issues/problems by devising alternative courses of action including innovative approaches and contribute to the implementation of the solution.
