We are now seeking a recruitment and mobilisation specialist to join our Perth-based team in a Recruitment Advisor position for the mining sector. This is an exciting role where you can make meaningful contributions to this company's strategic growth.

About the Role
- As Recruitment Advisor, you will support our team in the full life cycle of the recruitment process and provide ongoing support for successfully placed candidates.
- This process includes screening/vetting candidates; completing background checks; scheduling interviews; preparing the successful candidates for mobilisation; and checking in on them while they're on site.
- The successful applicant will work directly with their client group to maintain and build the client relationship, support their growing workforce needs and manage their expectations.
- You will proactively provide regular updates to the Operations Manager on recruitment and client activity.
Role Requirements
- A minimum two years’ prior experience in Mining HR/Operations/Mobilisation.
- Tertiary education in a similar field is preferred but not essential.
- Successful applicants must have excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to manage a busy workload and be motivated to work in this fast-paced, exciting team environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, and the Google Suite.
- Able to adapt to new technology and our Applicant Tracking System and CRM.
- Reside in Western Australia with full working rights.
