About the role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate/Commercial Lawyer (5-7 years PQE) to work as part of our high performing team that prides itself on providing commercial and strategic advice. We work collaboratively with our clients to build strong, sustainable relationships. This is an in opportunity to work closely with our leading corporate partners, ensuring that you are truly involved in engaging and interesting work.
About you
In order to be considered, to be successful and thrive in this role, you will:
- Currently be working as a Senior Associate in a corporate or commercial team in private practice
- Be able to demonstrate strong drafting, legally robust solutions whilst showing attention to detail
- A client-focused approach, attuned to understanding and delivering on clients’ commercial business objectives
- Ability to support partners with team development and able to collaborate across teams.
