The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Video Content Producer to work across a range of projects within Haileybury with a focus on creating external facing professional storytelling videos, static video content, and other suitable video content. Working closely with content experts to produce these resources, the role is key to the delivery of Haileybury’s digital marketing strategy.
The Video Content Producer requires the capability to:
- Record and produce short-form and long-form video content including project management
- Create storyboard, scripts, graphics and conduct full editing in-house
- Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects when required to video productions
- Support subject person so that quality content is produced
- Develop and maintenance of a production schedule
- Editing and uploading digital content to various platforms including websites, blogs, videos, email marketing campaigns, advertising campaigns, social media posts, infographics,
- whitepapers, and more.
- Develop new content formats
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders in producing video content based on School requirements
- Manage edit and upload additional content to 360 virtual tour platform

Skills and Experience:
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Capacity to engage constructively and respectfully with individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities to achieve high quality outcomes
- Proven videography & editing experience
- Experience in 360 video production, editing and ongoing management
- Strong knowledge of best practice in pre & post-production work and processes
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects) and the ability to work to a brief and develop storyboards, concepts, and scripts
- Manage a complex workload, multiple projects, and tight deadlines
- High attention to detail when producing video content
